If you’re a Hunger Games fan, you’ll recognize the styled wedding location we used for Elise and Christian’s shoot! We had the pleasure of capturing some editorial-style wedding photography at Swan House in Atlanta. The vibes were straight out of a Vogue spread. Coming from Minnesota, I was thrilled to experience full-fledged spring in Atlanta. The weather was sunny, warm, and simply beautiful.

The flowers at Swan House were arranged by Niloo Flowers, who is not only incredibly talented but also a joy to work with. This venue has garnered attention recently for its appearance on the TV show “Love on the Spectrum” and its role as a filming location for the Hunger Games. The “old money” aesthetic has been prominent over the past year, embodying elegance, timelessness, and a deep appreciation for tradition. This lifestyle, often associated with wealthy women, prioritizes quality, good manners, and grace. We were able to play on this vibe with Swan House being the backdrop, with its historic architecture reflecting classic Italian and English styles. The surrounding gardens certainly add to the beauty of this location.
